Pretty pricey for some foods, nachos could be presented better with more toppings.
More entrees would be a hit.

Not enough alcohol free beers.. great northern zero is a really nice one to add, if that's something you'll consider.

Music, never failed even if it wasn't my vibe, overall great place to get together.

A great bar and restaurant. Atrocious hotel. Food was nice and a great range of beers. Had a DJ on until midnight which wasn't ideal but we knew this and took advantage of the $5 drinks.
The hotel was just appalling though! Hadn't been cleaned in a decade. The door to our room had a dent from a punch, as did the walls of the room. Looks like no maintenance for decades. Room full of cobwebs and dust, tv was broken, bathroom very basic but everything worked. Bed not comfortable at all, sinking in the middle. We knew from the price this place was going to be average as it was cheap, but we still thought it would be clean. It just wasn't, my partner wanted to leave but it was late and in the end just a bed for the night.
We woke up in the morning and there was a nice view from the balcony. But I just can't recommend staying there, no matter what the price is!

Excellent location in town and nice meals and beer. Massive area and basic accommodation.

I know I only paid $77 for a room, but it was worth alot less. 4th floor elevator out of action, no hot water for a shower grrrr. Looks like no maintenance for decades. Floor drain was blocked in bathroom, bed as hard as a table. No heating.

Wow does your kitchen not know how to cut anything it's a caesar salad! And everything is whole, the chicken is a brick, is it that hard to chop through that once or even twice. Its kinda pathetic that they couldn't even do a caeser salad right.

Bar manager and staff were outstanding during our stay. Really accommodated the boys on our trip away. The accom was very basic but met our needs.

It was my first time heading in to Albury. I wasn't sure what to expect.

A colleague of mine suggested we popped into beer DeLuxe Albury. It was a steaming hot Wednesday night. 28 degrees at 5:30pm, It was genuinely hot, and I was thirsty.

I was stunned when I saw the building from the front. A beautiful old pub, tastefully renovated inside. A wonderful beer selection greeted my eagerly awaiting tastebuds.

We collected our delicious rusty waters and made our way out to what could only be described as a stunning beer garden. The music was tasteful and provided a great vibe. My thirst was adequately quenched by some fantastic beers and I had a brilliant time.

If you're in Albury, this venue needs to be at the top of the to do list.

Great venue for get together with both family and friends! Most of all, best outdoor venue for both afternoon and night time entertainment featuring live bands (check if there are entrance fees which I guess could range from $20 & up per head:)! Their music sound system is superb?????? And of course, their service is great and their meals are delicious??'?

Couldn't recommend this place enough, the staff are very welcoming and will go above and beyond for their customers, great food and dining experience with a wide range of craft and local beers on tap. The venue is ambient and full of life every day of the week with events and music to satisfy most tastes.
Beer Deluxe just continues to deliver with new exciting things for everyone to enjoy.

Super friendly staff! Was a great stop over for the night for us. The food was really good and there was a fantastic range of beer and cocktails. The hubby loved the Hawker beer ? with 8.5% alcohol! Our room was very clean and warm. The old building had character that reminded us of our childhood days ? but highly recommend an overnight stay that was very cheap.

Popped in for lunch today. Service was great and I think it was Brucey (?) knew his stuff.

Nice cosy room, air con works great and i had a good view of the town. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Good vibes. Thirsty merc playing downstairs, party goes on after but i slept well anyway. Perhaps not recommended for sensitive sleepers though. Would be glad to stay here again.

Order and payvat the table. Scan the bar code and done. Great idea. It even offers afterpay, love that.

Great place to hang out. A nice blend of indoor and outdoor environments. Always a nice breeze blowing through in summer. A winner is always karaoke night.

This venue should be the go-to spot in Albury but unfortunately it's staff lets it down. I've visited five times day and night over the past six months and this week's experience left me pretty flat. Lots of staff around, but too busy talking among themselves behind the bar to notice a line-up of customers waiting to order a drink. Hello guys; your one main job is to serve people, not prance around full of your own importance. Seriously, there were six bar staff at one stage behind the bar, and only one actually serving a customer while others customers could only look on in the hope they would be noticed soon. Real pity, because it's a good venue with very good food. It's just staffed by people who obviously feel they could be doing better things. So go away and do them; just not here. I won't be returning. Albury has too many other alternatives and I can't afford my stress levels to be heightened by this total lack of interest. As for management: if you want to talk to staff do it in your closed time. There is nothing worse than watching a self-important manager having chats while a customer waits and waits and ...........For god's sake, I just want a beer.

Appalling service & was blatantly lied to. Went to the bar to order a long island iced tea. The woman serving (don't know her name - had long, bleach-blond hair, and a small set of keys on the waist, so probably relatively high in chain of command, unfortunately) flatly declares 'we don't make those'. Slightly stunned, I think no problem, and I then ask for a cocktail menu. 'We don't do cocktails', she doubles-down and seems rushed and angry, like the mere presence of a paying customer is a direct insult to every fibre of her being. At this point, only seconds have passed at the bar, but I already feel unwelcome, and kinda wished someone else served me. I'm confused at this point, so, ignoring the fully kitted bar behind her and the sign which read "Espresso Martini - $17" (two traditionally tell-tale signs a bar is able to both produce and sell a cocktail), I order a beer. I later return to the bar and talk to another staff member, only to learn that they not only make cocktails, but they have a laminated cocktail menu, an online cocktail ordering service, AND can custom-make cocktails on demand. So I'm not sure what that chick's issue was, but she should not be serving customers. I don't think she'd know what "polite customer service" was even if it knocked her over the head with a stick. For such atrocious service, she can promptly go get stuffed for all I care. I'm glad the other staff explained what cocktails they could make, but by that point, I wasn't in the mood for a drink anymore.

Further, the amenities are somewhat lacking. We went to see the Rubens, it was raining and there was almost no cover except for multiple large folding umbrellas (with lots of wet floor). Throughout the performance I noticed no less than 5 people trip and slip on the slippery floor. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen and they need to invest in some grip coating for the floorboards, because slippery surfaces + drunk morons = angry drunk morons with broken ankles. Weirdly, halfway through the show the staff ACTUALLY TOOK DOWN 3 of the large umbrellas, leaving many people unnecessarily soaked through by the end of the night. Rubens were worth the misery though.

Modern venue with many separate seating areas. Awesome online ordering experience through Australian Venue Co. app- food and drinks are delivered directly to your table, saving sifting through crowds at the bar and allowing rewards with amazing discounts on food and drinks! Great menu, beautifully presented food. Most impressed with contemporary gluten-free and vegetarian menu options. Awesome experience all-round.

This is a surprisingly large and modern venue inside. Good for a fun, relaxed night. Service was good and ordering is done contact free from your table. Food was average, just. Was expecting better.

Great place to go for a pub meal and drink. The trivia night on Tuesday's is a lot of fun!
The staff are a mixed bag with us having a really great experience one visit, and a very rude experience the next time.

Driving from Newcastle to Melbourne can be a truly gruelling task, as such when my brother and I passed Albury on our trip home, a debate began over 4 hrs more of driving or to turn back and have a steak and a beer, and stay in Albury. The steak and beer won, and so we returned. With a great amount of difficulty we managed to secure accommodation on the outskirts of Wodonga, and footed the heavy taxi fee to get to Paddys. We found when we arrived that steaks were half price, and thought we had finally had a win.. we were wrong.. we both ordered a scotch fillet medium rare, and were presented 2 very different looking steaks.. mine being half the thickness of the other and consequently cooked beyond fitness for consumption. I took it back to the counter and was told that they could not estimate the time it would take to replace my steak, however they would refund me the $22 (half price) and offer me a free glass of wine... i accepted and returned to the table to find my brother chewing his slightly over done steak in the manner of a cow and its cud.. i tried some to discover it had the texture of a strop. Thoroughly disappointing! The bar staff were lovely for the most part, however given the journey we took to get there, the $44 scotch fillet was a rip off at half the price. I would return for a drink or an evening out, but the kitchen is a token gesture at best!

This place has improved drastically from its Paddy's days. Not too dark or loud. Great vibe and friendly staff.
