Andy's quiz for Hospitality staff.Customer comes to you and says they'd like the bill for drinks. They also mention that they have not been served for 35 minutes.Do youA) Take their order and apologise?B) Not give a stuff and print the receipt for the drinks?C) Do absolutely nothing to keep the customers in the premises?If you work at Bayswater Hotel, it's a combination of B & C. I get it, hospitality is a tough gig. But to let paying customers walk out the door, who will probably leave a bad review on social media isn't the best option.Considering that 3 staff members had seen us and completely ignored us, leaving a bad review was justified.I'm not normally a person who complains via social media. But ya kinda gave me no choice.
