We hosted our engagement party here on the weekend, in The Bank's function room "The Vault". Can't have asked for better staff to work with, so friendly and accomodating. Food was great. Well priced. Highly recommend if you're looking to host an event!

Went there for a weekday lunch. Food was DELISH, generous serving for the price, and didn't wait too long once ordered either.
Staff were nice.
Cute little outdoor kids playground, too. The only suggestion is perhaps having a shade or some form of roof over the play area for those really hot or rainy days.

Really nice steak sandwich, tender beef and fresh ingredients. Gnocchi was tasty and plenty of prawns, would of loved it with more pasta

Had a wonderful night
with family. The grandchildren loved playing in the children's area. Makes it much easier to talk .

Tonight we were served by Pat. His customer service was absolutely sensational. He is definitely an asset to your business. Our first time eating he and we will certainly be back. Our kids also loved the playground.

Netty. Was. Here. This compact pub packs a hidden punch. Tucked away, you certainly have to have your eyes open to find them. There's a reason for that. So they can focus on what pubs do best!

$15 Lunch Specials, but even better Nightly Dinner Specials. Wednesday night is $14 Snitty night. It was buzzing with activity. All tables had reserved signs. Must call ahead if your pushed for time.

I was notified of a wait time which is expected for the turn over. I wanted to enjoy a evening out, so I had a beer whilst a table cleared up. Poked my head around the front bar and gaming room, which are kept immaculately tidy.

Food was fantastic, exactly what you would expect. Satisfying portions.

After dinner. I was watching Adam preparing a few cocktails. Between $14-16 for a cocktail list that comes together really well.

He suggested I try the Salted Caramel Martini and of course my tastebuds were delighted. Great way to cap off a meal. I appreciate the suggestions Adam made. The QR code on the table doesn't directly link to the menu ~ this can be fixed.

Never been before. Honestly didn't even realise there was pub there after driving past it on the main road every day. Having said that, the food was actually really good. Pretty surprised. Will be returning.

Went there for my daughters birthday tea. Was quite busy, waited a while for our meals, but was worth the wait. They were good sized & yummy.

The pub itself is lovely and the staff have always been professional and courteous.

The meals are amazing with plenty of variety. There is an outdoor undercover kids play ground.

TAB area is tiny. Pokie area has 20 pokies good variety of machines.

Not much space to just sit and drink beers if that's the atmosphere you are chasing.

I can't believe I'm having to right this as we have been long term regulars however it needs to be addressed. My family and I were booked in on Thursday , we ordered our food as soon as we arrived we spent over $120 and our food still hadn't come out after 55 mins we went up and asked and they said our food has been sitting there for a while but there buzzers weren't working. ( no one came and told us)When we got the food everyone's was cold.l and the steak was so tough we had to leave it. There were German cockroaches running all over the bench we had to tell them twice. They need more staff and a manager with direction .
Will never be eating here again.

Semi decent service, waited over an hour for our food. When I spoke to them they spoke to me like I had already gotten my good yet I still had my buzzer and zero plates on my table. Cut out menu in half and it'll run a hell of a lot smoother. :)

Great service and food. But management when you have people in the back section next to kids playground please turn on fans and a bigger crowd the Aircon as well. We had to go out for fresh air as there were about 60 people in there and we couldn't breath!!

Great foor. I had the lunch special, it came out quick and was really good. Bigger then I expected for the price. Have had dinner here a few times aswell and has never disappointed.

Can only say anyone who hasn't been to the hotel for a meal are missing out. Dine there last night for the 1st time and the meals where excellent, staff where amazing friendly. Definitely will be back in future. 10 out of 10 ?

The Bank Hotel was a great. The dinner was absolutely fantastic. Bar staff really friendly. One set back which is out of everyone's control was the high pitch screaming child which the adults in their party thought was funny. It is not. Overall a great venue with fantastic meals, will visit again.

Have been coming here for years, large group every week. Every week same disappointments, run out of beer, no wine that we order, tonight was disappointment after disappointment.... Manager told us it was because they were the smaller pub of a larger chain... Well we are taking our large group to another pub that has beer and wine and food thats on the menu.

I'm a local and first time going here. Super disappointed with our meals. Ordered the Caesar salad $16, and literally got shredded lettuce, had to search my meal for the bacon, egg and parmesan cheese, all finely chopped. Also ordered a gluten free pizza $22. It was the smallest gluten free pizza I've ever had, absolutely terrible. Unfortunately I would not recommend either of these meals.

We are locals and visited for a family birthday celebration. Could not have been more disappointed with the meals, which were slapped up, I had to ask for my portion of chips/potato as they missed it, the vegetables with our meals were uneatable. As we stood at the kitchen to place our order we were able to observe the filth and absolute disregard for meal preparation as we watched onion peels and other by products being thrown on the floor.

Always busy on the weekends, the locals know how good the food is at this venue so you need to book before you come. Also once a month they have a great music master upstairs in the vault

Had a lunch with a friend, was given a buzzer for lunch the buzzer never went off for us, half an hour later we went to get a beer and our meals were sitting there on the bench went cold with the girl just standing there looking at it... with no chase up had too eat cold chips and warm fish.. $14 lunch with one long skinny piece of fish some chips a small tub of sauce like a 10 cent piece and all the salad was, was dry slaw...

My husband and I had lunch here today from the lunch specials menu. I would definitely recommend this pub for meals. Our food was amazing. I had the Tempura prawns and the were perfectly cooked. The sauce was perfect, as were the chips. The salad was fresh and my husband enjoyed his fish and chips. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely return. Thank you for a great lunch experience.

Excellent service, excellent meal. Access for people with mobility restrictions is outstanding. Carpark out the back provides easy and solid flat access straight into the Dining Room. Dining Room is really light and airy. Had a very pleasant lunch.

A nice modern venue with lots of room. Great kids playground outside, but not much seating around it. Not a huge selection on the menu, mainly just a few basics with a selection of toppers, and food took a long time to come. When the food arrived, it was filling, tasty, enjoyable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience.

I've never had a bad experience at the Bank Hotel, and today was no exception. The crowd had a good time at two up, no fights, no nothing.
Plenty of hooting and hollering, but everyone behaved.

Went for dinner on a Thursday night. The $15 rump steak is great value. The steak knives all need to be replaced though. The steak was cooked great, but could barely cut it with the blunt knives provided. Great place for families. The place has a bit of an RSL bistro feel, rather than a pub. Improving a few minor things could make a big difference as the place seems to have no atmosphere. If you're looking for a feed, this place is certainly worth a look.

No Hahn Light Beer on tap or any other light beer on tap. Both my wife's and my meal were pretty ordinary and cold as well. Warm plates would have helped. It seems that many hotels only keep stubbies of light beer to supposedly to appease us light beer drinkers. They are catering for the younger generation with with row after row of craft beer, sold a ridiculously high prices. What happened to responsible service of alcohol, bring back some decent light beer on tap. A lot of the supposed craft beers are made by the major brewers.

I had a meal at the bank hotel on Saturday 2nd January 2021. I had the mixed grill absolutely wonder but to top it off the young ladies who served me in the restaurant were fabulous outstanding customer service by these young ladies.Thanks Paul

We t there Friday night . The food was lovely..I had chilli prawn pasta and didnt have to remove the tails for a change . It was delicious .Had cheesy garlic bread too. The service was quick and friendly. The tables were cleared efficiently . Nice to chat in a great atmosphere

Staff are really nice here, happy to engage rather than just give you a glib smile. Food pretty good too. Only sad there's no 150 lashes... better than the pub a few doors to the east
