Used to be my favourite place to go for lunch or dinner but they replaced the standard ordering system with an online version and it's very frustrating, slow and annoying to use. The place used to be packed but it's only ever 20-30% full these days. Someone made a very bad business decision and ruined a prosperous business with by changing the ordering system

I was recommended this place for food by my hotel reception, they stated they do a "Great Steak"
I went in and it was a really friendly place, this seems common in Cairns, I took the menu and decided to have the Rib eye 400 gram steak with chips (fries) salad and peppercorn sauce.
I asked for the steak to be cooked medium as there seems to be many different ideas of what medium means here! But it came out really rare?
The meal was great other than the steak, it truly was not 400 grams, more like 300 and there was probably 120 grams of gristle?
This was the most expensive meal on the menu at and to be honest, at the end of it, I wish I had just gone to Hungry Jacks.
I will not be returning to this place during my time in Cairns.
My recommendation, go for something cheaper, looking around, it all looked far better than mine.

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Bree for her excellent service from when we arrived to when we departed. Also all the staff were very accommodating. Great place to stay, everything there. Food was great.

Sara, one of the food and beverage attendees, was every polite and made us feel welcome. Always checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The food was amazing. I definitely will be eating there again. 😊
