Stayed in an executive room last night.
Overpriced, sheets were stained, curtains were filthy.
Shower was bad, hardly any water coming out as the shower head was blocked.
Glass on balcony from a glass panel that had obviously broken previously.
Two female Staff in restaurant at dinner were very rude, and more interested in arguing with each other. Man on reception desk when we arrived wasn\'t very friendly.
Definitely would not recommend staying here.
$340 per night is a joke.

Very poor breakfast experience.
On the morning of January 15, I asked a waitress in pink about the missing hash browns. Her response was, "It's being made, you need to be patient."
The tone was rude and dismissive, and it completely ruined my mood and appetite. I understand food takes time, but basic politeness costs nothing. This kind of attitude is not acceptable in hospitality.
Really disappointing way to start the day.

Nice rooms with great views and excellent location. We saw penguins at nearby Kingscote Wharf around sunset. The restaurant serves contemporary Australian dishes with some specials. We love the slow cooked beef ribs and spicy coconut pork curry. We will definitely stay here again!

Awful dining experience - avoid
We only went to the Ozone hotel Kangaroo Island for dinner with my family, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish.
The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in providing decent service. We felt unwelcome the moment we arrived, and any interaction with staff felt abrupt and unpleasant.
The food was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. The quality was poor, portions were unimpressive, and the flavours were bland. For what they charge, the food should be excellent - instead, it felt overpriced and underwhelming.
Overall, this restaurant is trading on its location rather than offering good food or service. Our family dinner was ruined by unfriendly staff and overpriced, low-quality food. We will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was so happy with my stay. Asked for assistance and was in place before arrival. Bed was very comfortable, clean room and great sized bathroom. Can not wait to return. Had dinner in main restaurant and was good. Was happy with wine list that introduced me to new wineries. Very happy.
