Lovely atmosphere and the staff are so lovely. Never had a bad experience there in all the years I've been going. My only complaint would be the Menu in the bistro. Some more general pub meals would be great, not everyone likes fancy stuff.

Been a member for a few months now, really love coming here for dinner or even for coffee and cake after a night at the movies.
Dinner here on the weekend was very enjoyable, you really need to book a table as they are always very busy, the prices are quite reasonable abd you get a discount if you are a member, drinks at the bar are the same.
We ordered a garlic and cheese pizza for entree but they accidentally brought us a garlic bread but were quick to fix it, our meals were both excellent and was pretty quick arriving.
Finished with coffee and desert cakes, coffee was perhaps a little too hot for my liking but otherwise all good.

Was there for a wedding and the staff was fantastic. Very quick and easy responses and were lovely with all the guests. Would recommend to anyone,

Had a bad experience with the Xmas roast meal last year and hadn't been back since. Went with family for a birthday yesterday. Got the best steak on the menu with chips and veg. Steak was terrible, sinew and tough. A decent serve of chips and very few veg. Two roast potatoes. Chips and potatoes, not normally what you get. Complained to management and all I got was sorry, picked up my plate and walked away. I'm very disappointed. I've been a long-time member but finding more and more the Commercial Club is a better option.

Cousin up from Melbourne, had to go to SS&A he enjoyed a meal of lamb cutlets with a delicious sweet to finish off his meal. Ease of parking very enjoyable night had by an 83yr old

The food is delicious, they need more variety though. The waiters are friendly and very helpful. They are very accommodating for those who have forgotten to make a booking :)

Bistro, as usual, served up beautiful food. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Great value for money, even more so if you're a member.

A lovely place to eat once in a while, as it's on the pricier side including the wine which was $12 for a glass. A lovely fire to sit next to and enjoy a cuppa.

Aggressive and rude male staff member working in the pokies area average to short height for a male, with grey balding.. no need for the utter rudeness, if you're unhappy go resign or find another job. Will be complaining further as he made me and my group of 5 friends really uncomfortable and felt attacked and unsafe being a woman near him. our hearts were racing waiting for him to keep abusing us and glaring at us for simply sitting and having fun, if you check the cameras you will see we did nothing wrong.

Great ambience, beer was nice and cold. Staff were happy and helpful. My lunch, a char grilled pork steak was so over cooked, it was as hard as a brick and tasted like cardboard. I didn't complain to the staff as I was entertaining ten other people. For some it was out first meeting and I didn't want make a fuss, but next time lookout ! Come on guys, we took these people to the SSA Club because normally your food is spot on and is very reasonably priced. You are better that that.

We went to the Scots School Whisky & Gin night over the weekend & quite frankly I am very upset over the service, quality of the food & the price we paid.

We never got the tonic water to our tables & had to ask multiple times as the staff kept forgetting about us. They never filled up or replaced out table water & the bottles were removed at about 10pm.

Our mains were listed as the wrong type, we were meant to get a stuffed chicken breast, we ended up with an abysmal pork dish with an apple coleslaw which was just terrible, especially compared to the alternate Beef Cheek.
Mains were also served 2 hours after entree, everyone was starving and a little tipsy.

Our dessert & cheese platter never got served to our tables, we were looking forward to that as dessert is the best meal of anything, but we never got to have it.

Unfortunately the price we paid, the service we got and the taste of the pork dish was enough to make me not want to go back.

Anywhere where you can smoke and drink while having a poke, is fine by me. Might fine. Was going off for a Good Friday, the number one ticket in town for Good Friday next year.

Excellent food. Service from the staff could be better. They look a bit disengaged. The place is littered with pokies which is sad.

The food was yummy. Tonight, I had the salmon salad bowl.
The kids enjoyed themselves safely in the kids area.
A highlight tonight was an outstanding customer service from Tiegh. He remembered and offered me my favourite drink before I even asked for it. The serviced felt so personilised

The club in itself is great. Plenty of gaming and other activities however the food is dreadful. I ordered the roast of the day and the roast beef was dry and tough like eating a leather boot! potatoes were nice though. My partners Asian chicken stir fry was also dry and not pleasant to eat. Will go again but not for a meal.

Had a quick dinner here - beef satay noodles were fantastic, steak special was a bit underwhelming. Staff were friendly and efficient, would certainly come back.

Spent a lovely evening here for my Husband's birthday. The meals were absolutely delicious and the staff were lovely.
Will definitely be back really soon.

Just starting to explore the many many variety of things to do here. The Raffles look like they have fantastic prizes. I've always found the meals to be delicious. I'm always happy to visit SS&A & always have a great time here.

Had a good meal out at the SS&A Club this evening. Kids enjoyed there meals too... The only issue I had was the greens with chicken schnitzel where nice, but only one piece of broccoli... That's the reason for the three stars... And they didn't have any ice cream, only bulla splits! ? Lol unlikely that I will return! It would be worth it as they can cook in the kitchen, there is no doubt about that!!!

What a great club. Huge inside and very welcoming staff. If travelling can do what we did. Stay in there designated area for RVers if self contained and stay overnight. Leaving you free to go enjoy a meal, a few drinks and go back to your RV and go to bed . Highly recommend you do the same when passing through Albury. We enjoyed our night at the club very much

manager kevin abused me and security guard tyson was an absolute darling he gave me a free diamond card but yeah nah kevin was a gronk he literally yelled at staff in front of us and threw rocks at me he also racially abused me latino friend (the race not the pasta)

Very nice club. My meal was shocking ? fisherman's basket. I should have asked for the box that the fish and prawns came in and ate that. Not even a pieces of lemon. I had fresh fisherman's baskets in Broken Hill. Tibooburra. Which are in the middle of nowhere. Be careful of what you order.

Free camping . Safe parking for self-contained vans. Well priced food and drink from extremely friendly staff. Joining fee is worth buying if having a full meal.

Food is good at the social but they don't allow 1/2 serves and don't have seniors so lots of people request a take away container. Come on people know your customers and offer smaller meals.

Never answer the phone. Have rang the main number and the restaurant number over 30 times to book a table. No message bank.Zhuzi Asian Restaurant is not permanently closed. It was the only decent Asian restaurant in Albury. The website states that a selection of the most popular Asian dishes is available from the Social Dining & Bar, but that's not true. There are only two Asian dishes on the menu, they don't even have fried rice.Without Zhuzi Asian Restaurant it's not worth going to SS&A anymore.

Rubbish security, i walked in at 10pm and they only decided to enforce 1.5m when they wanted to go home at 1am, no mention of it beforehand. If I did have covid, I would have spread it to 30 people by the time the employees decided they werent having it anymore, nonsense service. They should either enforce the rules the whole day or not at all, no point when it just suits them

Birthday family dinner food great. It's been years since I was there so much has changed. An enjoyable night. Plus Covod restrictions made it even better. Staff great.
